Established in March of 2007, La Costa Azul is a family owned Mexican restaurant. Owners Alvaro and Rosa Rodriguez inspiration for La Costa Azul comes from their humble beginnings as a fisherman in El Lago De Chapala, Jalisco and Rosa's love for cooking in the kitchen for her four sons and beautiful daughter.
Our menu is inspired by our family's touch of true Jalisco Mexican Style Sea Food and our food made from recipes handed down from generations of Jalisco fisherman. Our home cooked beans are made with love and always served with Fresh Handmade Tortillas.
